Wonderfully lightweight pilk rods, ideal for perks weighing up to 200g
and depths of up to approx. 100m. The length 2.45m and 2.75m have
halved, easy-to-transport sections, the 2.15m rod is sectioned above
the handle.

How can you improve a perfect product? Volker Dapoz and our techni-
cians pursued precisely this question in connection with our legendary
71° North rod series. The result is real high tech rods based on carbon
fibre fortified by nanoparticles.
Carbon mats made from carbon nanotubes (CNT) are combined with
IM-12 carbon mats for the special blank construction.

The featherweight rod blanks made from IM-12 carbon are dead fast and
carry perks or rubber fish extremely long distances. However, at the
same time the tip is flexible enough to facilitate excellent bait guidance
and to minimise the number of fish that are lost. The ingenious combi-
nation of low rider and single-foot guides combine lightness with maxi-
mum stability.
Many of those who fish from boats have been waiting for it: our Baltic
Sea rod which already enjoys a cult status is now available in a stronger
version! With this rod perks and rubber baits in excess of 120g can be
casted and guided. In spite of the stronger blank construction, the “Big
Brother” is a genuine featherweight with which you can fish for hours
without tiring.

An extremely high fracture resistance isthereby obtained, which provides
for slender blanks and a low weight.
The guides are resistant to salt water and underwound to ease the bur-
den on the blanks when the line exerts a lot of pressure.
Besides the established models, some more interesting rods have been
added, for example halibut trolling rods and a special pollack rod.
All the rods are supplied in a padded case.
