Anti-Twist-System (A.T.S.)
Extra-big line rollers reduce line
friction. Most line rollers also have
an anti-twist function, which almost
compensates line-twisting during
spooling.
Anti Swing-System (A.S.S)
The BALZER Anti Swing System
(A.S.S) ensures that the reels have
optimum balance. This prevents
unwanted vibrations and the reels
run perfectly smoothly.
Strong Bail-Concept
Instead of the conventional reel bail
made of metal, most of our new
reels have sturdier bails made of
solid aluminium, which are lighter
in weight. This not only improves
the appearance of the bails, it also
increases their serviceable life.
Bail Fix-System
With the Bail-Fix system the bail
engages during casting in order
to prevent unwanted backlash.
To release it, simply start winding
and the bail snaps shut as usual.
Double-sealed ball bearings
BALZER ball bearings enhance
smooth running due to optimum
ball bearing technology; the result

Multi Stop-System (M.S.S)
BALZER reels equipped with the
Multi Stop System (M.S.S) carry a

One Touch Handle
Press a button and the crank folds
down flat against the reel housing
for easy transportation. When open
ed, it engages automatically. All the
BALZER fast-folding cranks are made
of lightweight aluminium.
Quick Stop-System (Q.S.S)
BALZER fixed spool reels with the
Quick-Stop System (Q.S.S) prevent
even a single millimetre of play. This
enables you to place a hit completely
smoothly and very, very fast. This is
made possible by a needle bearing
that prevents the rotor from reversing.
